RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned to our designated factory (full address provided via email upon approval). The customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred during the return process. Please note that returns are not accepted beyond the 30-day delivery period.

To initiate a return, customers must first contact Pillgem.com for approval before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, and be in the same condition as when received.

Please be aware that items purchased on sale or during a promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Voucher exchanges must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue. If the product is confirmed to be incorrect or dead on arrival (DOA), we will provide a replacement. The customer is expected to return the item as per our return policy guidelines.

Please note that a replacement will be issued at our discretion, and cases where the item's physical appearance matches the order specifications will not qualify for a free replacement.
